Once you have purchased the downloadable files you will receive an email with a link to download your files.
Please make sure that you are aware of where your files are saved on your computer, for you will only be able to download the files once only.
The file type that you will receive will be a zip file. This means that the individual PDF files are packed in to one compressed file.
To unzip zipped files on a Mac, simply double-click on the zipped file and the Archive Utility tool will unzip the files, creating a new folder of its contents beside the zipped folder on your desktop.
To unzip zipped files on in Windows 10 Simply right-click the ZIP file.
In the drop-down menu, click "Extract All…" The zip wizard will appear.
If you want to unzip the files to a different folder, click "Browse…" and choose a location. Click "Extract" and the files will be unzipped and copied to the folder you chose.

1. At home if you have a printer
2. At your local print shop or photo centre
3. Using an online print service such as Copyshop, Hema, Staples, Office Depot, Walmart, Target, Costco, Shutterfly, Boots, etc.
TIPS
1. For best results (printing at home) I suggest printing on high-quality (mat photo) paper (300g & above if possible).
2. Send a digital Christmas greeting via the email or phone.
3. Save an image to your phone or computer & use it as a background.
